Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. To return your unwanted items, please mark which you would like to return on your returns note.
All items must be returned in perfect and unworn condition - with labels still attached to garments & shoe boxes in the same condition as they were received.
Please note personal items such as underwear and socks cannot be returned.
Returned items remain the customer's responsibility until received by us - we recommend, for your own protection, that you use a delivery service that ensures you for the full value of the goods and also offers proof of delivery.
Please ensure that you enclose all the information that we will need to process your return which should include - your name, address, order reference number and the reason for the return.
Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept any responsibility for customer returns without proof of delivery.
We will not accept returned goods that have been used, worn or laundered.
When trying on items of clothing please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item as we will not accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
When trying on shoes please do so indoors and if they don't fit or you don't like them take them off and put them back in their box ready to be returned - shoes will not be accepted back if there is any evidence that they have been worn (even if only for a short period).
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Unfortunately, we can't refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
